She created SHRED in 2018 which completed 4/5 successful editions till the end of 2019. She created Shakti in 2020: as an answer to COVID to create physical and mental empowerment for her students.
In 2021, she created the 21 day Bootcamp in 2021: marrying her finesse with various fitness disciplines along with her new found love for MINDSET coaching.
After the 2nd successful launch of the 21 day Bootcamp in Jan 2022, she is working on new programming for a whole new range of workouts. This one will embody flow: in the workouts as well as in the accompanying tasks and activities.
